Keith Weitz is Director of Cloud Services for TMW and oversees and maintains daily operations for the delivery of application hosting services to TMW’s 600 employees and to many of the company’s more than 2,000 customers. Performance interruptions or problems call for immediate attention. In a recent troubleshooting incident, Weitz’s team was brought in to identify performance issues with a customer’s new software installation.
“We realized we needed a solution that gives us different points of measurement to collect the data we needed to effectively determine the cause of the reported issue. We deployed the NetBeez agents at critical nodes at the troubled site and by running large frame packet tests, we very quickly identified that the problem was with the ISP provider and not our hosting systems. The problem was then able to be resolved quickly,” Weitz said. “NetBeez is a must-have tool for the connected multi-site enterprise,” he concluded.
