The applicable legal basis may include performing a contract, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in operating and providing our business services.
3.2 Responding to Inquiries
We use contact, professional, inquiry, and correspondence information to respond to questions, demonstration requests, trial requests, support requests, and other communications.

The applicable legal basis may include performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in managing our business relationships.
3.4 Website Analytics and Improvement
Subject to your consent where required, we use analytics information to understand how visitors use our website, measure website performance, identify technical issues, and improve our website, content, and services.
When consent is required, optional analytics technologies are not activated unless you select “Accept” on our consent banner.
3.5 Advertising and Attribution
Subject to your consent, we use advertising and attribution technologies to measure advertising performance, understand whether advertising resulted in website visits or requests, and improve our advertising campaigns.
Google advertising and measurement tags are not loaded unless you select “Accept.”
3.6 Marketing Communications
We may send business-to-business communications about NetBeez products, services, events, content, and related topics where permitted by applicable law.
When consent is legally required, we rely on your consent. In other circumstances, we may rely on our legitimate interest in communicating with customers, prospects, and other business contacts about relevant products and services.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe or communication-preferences link included in any NetBeez marketing email, or by contacting us at info@netbeez.net.
An unsubscribe request does not prevent us from sending transactional, security, support, billing, or other non-marketing communications.

We use transaction and billing information to process orders and payments, administer subscriptions, maintain financial records, and address billing questions.
The applicable legal basis may include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in administering our business.

The applicable legal basis may include our legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of the rights and security of NetBeez and others.
3.9 Legal and Compliance Purposes
We may use personal data to comply with laws, regulations, legal processes, audits, contractual requirements, and lawful government requests, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
3.10 Business Operations
We may use personal data for internal administration, recordkeeping, reporting, insurance, risk management, professional advice, corporate transactions, and other legitimate business operations.
3.11 Automated Decision-Making
NetBeez does not use personal data collected through its public website to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning individuals.
4. How We Disclose Personal Data
We may disclose personal data to the following categories of recipients, subject to appropriate contractual and legal protections:
4.1 Service Providers
We use service providers to support website hosting, cloud infrastructure, customer relationship management, forms, communications, analytics, advertising, security, payment processing, customer support, and other business operations.

4.5 Corporate Transactions
Personal data may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
4.6 Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
NetBeez does not sell personal data in exchange for money.
When you consent to advertising technologies, we may disclose identifiers and internet or electronic activity information to advertising providers such as Google for advertising measurement and attribution. Some U.S. privacy laws may define this activity as “selling,” “sharing,” or processing for “targeted advertising,” even when no money is exchanged.
Where applicable, you may opt out by selecting “Decline” on our consent banner, reopening Cookie Settings through the website footer, or using a supported Global Privacy Control signal.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
5.1 What Cookies Are
Cookies are small files stored by a browser on a computer or device. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to operate websites, remember preferences, provide security, measure website usage, support communications, and measure advertising.
Cookies may be session cookies, which expire when the browser is closed, or persistent cookies, which remain until they expire or are deleted.
5.2 Categories of Technologies We Use
We may use the following categories:
- Necessary technologies, which support security, consent management, forms, authentication, and essential website operation;
- Functionality technologies, which support features such as website chat and user preferences;
- Analytics technologies, which help us understand website use and performance; and
- Advertising technologies, which help measure advertising campaigns and related conversions.
5.3 Consent Choices
When you first visit our website, optional Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager technologies are blocked. They are loaded only if you select “Accept.”
If you select “Decline,” optional Google analytics and advertising tags remain blocked. Some HubSpot code may still load to display the consent banner, forms, and chat functionality. HubSpot may also use technologies necessary to remember your choice, secure forms, and operate requested features. Non-essential HubSpot cookies are controlled by your consent choice.
You can review or change your choice at any time by selecting “Cookie Settings” in the website footer.
If you withdraw consent, the withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal. Your new choice will control future optional tracking. You may also use your browser settings to delete cookies that were created previously.
5.4 Global Privacy Control
Where supported, NetBeez recognizes Global Privacy Control signals through its consent-management system. We treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a request to decline optional analytics and advertising technologies for that browser or device.
5.5 HubSpot
We use HubSpot for website forms, customer relationship management, communications, consent management, chat functionality, website analytics, and advertising attribution.
Depending on your choices and use of website features, HubSpot technologies may include consent cookies and identifiers such as __hs_opt_out, _hs_cookie_cat_pref, __hstc, __hssc, __hssrc, hubspotutk, messagesUtk, hs-messages-is-open, and related identifiers.
HubSpot’s privacy information is available at:

5.6 Google Analytics 4
Subject to your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic, visitor interactions, and website performance. Google Analytics may use cookies and identifiers such as _ga, _ga_*, _gid, and related technologies.
Google Analytics is not loaded if you decline optional technologies.
Google’s privacy information is available at:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
5.7 Google Ads
Subject to your consent, we use Google Ads to measure advertising performance and conversions. Google Ads may use _gcl_* cookies and other advertising identifiers.
Google Ads is not loaded if you decline optional technologies.
Information about Google’s use of information from websites is available at:
https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
5.8 Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager to manage Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. Google Tag Manager and the optional tags it controls are not loaded unless you accept optional technologies.
5.9 Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise
We use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise on certain forms to detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse.
In providing this security service, Google may collect device, browser, network, IP address, software, and interaction information and process that information for security, fraud prevention, and operation of reCAPTCHA. Google states that information collected through reCAPTCHA Enterprise is not used for personalized advertising.
Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
https://policies.google.com/terms
Because reCAPTCHA is used for website and form security, it may load when a protected form is displayed regardless of your optional analytics and advertising choice.
5.10 NetBeez Community
The NetBeez Community may use cookies such as _forum_session and _t for authentication, login status, session management, and security.
5.11 Browser Controls
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies may prevent certain website features from functioning properly.

- Contacting us at info@netbeez.net.
We may retain limited information about an unsubscribe request so that we can honor the request in the future.
Submitting a demonstration, trial, contact, or support request permits NetBeez to respond to that request. Any additional marketing use will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the privacy choices presented with the relevant form.
An unsubscribe request does not prevent us from sending transactional, security, support, billing, or other non-marketing communications.
7. International Transfers
NetBeez is based in the United States. Personal data may be processed in the United States and other countries where NetBeez, its customers, or its service providers operate.
Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, which may include contractual protections, data processing agreements, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the United Kingdom’s approved transfer mechanisms, or another legally recognized transfer mechanism.
For customer-controlled product data, the applicable customer agreement or data processing addendum may provide additional information about data locations and transfer safeguards.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, maintaining business and customer relationships, honoring privacy choices, complying with legal and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
The retention period depends on factors such as:
- The nature and sensitivity of the information;
- The reason it was collected;
- Whether an account or business relationship remains active;
- Contractual commitments;
- Applicable limitation periods;
- Tax, accounting, employment, security, and other legal requirements;
- The need to establish or defend legal claims; and
- Whether the information can be deleted or anonymized.
Marketing contact information may be retained while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we may retain a limited suppression record to ensure that we continue to honor your preference.
Cookie and analytics information is retained according to the applicable cookie duration, our configuration, and the service provider’s retention settings. Individual technologies may persist from the duration of a browser session to a longer period unless deleted earlier.
Customer-controlled product data is retained according to the customer’s configuration, the applicable agreement, and NetBeez’s data retention and deletion procedures.
When personal data is no longer required, we will delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it, subject to applicable legal and technical requirements.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No internet transmission, information system, or storage method is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for notifying NetBeez if you suspect unauthorized access to an account.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal data we maintain about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate personal data;
- Request deletion of personal data;
- Request restriction of processing;
- Object to certain processing;

- Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where applicable;
- Limit certain uses of sensitive personal data where applicable;
- Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request where applicable; and
- Lodge a complaint with an applicable privacy or data protection authority.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may request evidence of the agent’s authority and may verify the request directly with you.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
To submit a request, contact us using the information in Section 15.
