I am thrilled to announce that NetBeez was identified as a High Performer in G2’s Winter 2020 Network Monitoring grid. NetBeez was also included in the Top 20 Network Monitoring Software list, holding position number 13, as well as, in the Top 20 Easiest To Use Network Monitoring Software list, holding position number 15. What a great way to start 2020!
G2 Network Monitoring Grid
If you are not familiar with G2, it’s a peer-to-peer review site where users share their experience with a particular software. The G2 Grid for the top Network Monitoring software products is based on reviews gathered from the G2 user community, as well as data aggregated from other online sources and social networks. This data is then analyzed and processed by the G2 proprietary algorithm to generate, every quarter, a grid. Something worth noting is that for the network monitoring category there are 199 products listed. It’s really nice to see that NetBeez was included in the top 10% network monitoring products.
Where NetBeez Shines
NetBeez aced the Quality of Support category! In this category, our support team was ranked 10 out of 10. That truly reflects the customer-centric team that we’ve built from day one. At NetBeez, we are obsessed with having a quick turnaround with customer requests. We review time to reply on a quarterly basis, and pride ourselves on a time to respond within the hour for more than 90% of the support tickets that we receive.
We received a 9 out of 10 for the Ease of Setup category and an 8.8 out of 10 for the Easy of Use one. These two are categories very important for us. For one simple reason. In 2013, when we decided to start working on NetBeez, we wanted to offer our users a plug-and-play solution. This decision came from our personal experience with other network monitoring tools. We experienced first hand how much time was needed to setup and maintain network monitoring tools.
Network Engineers, our primary users, don’t have time to setup and maintain network monitoring tools. Network Engineers need a solution that works out of the box and requires little maintenance. While we are proud of the scores received in these two categories, we understand that we have to do better. For this reason, one of our product goals for 2020 is to improve the dashboard’s ease of use as well as, the ease of setup of the network monitoring sensors. We aim for a 10 out of 10 grade on all three categories by this time next year!
