What is the difference between cloud plan and enterprise plan?

The Cloud plans are limited versions of the Enterprise plan, which provides all the features and benefits of NetBeez. The Cloud plans have a limit on the number and type of agents managed, a cap on user accounts, and only include up/down alert profiles. The Enterprise plan has full features and capabilities.

Where does the central server reside?

In the Cloud plans, the central server is managed and runs on our cloud. In the Enterprise plan, the central server is installed on-premise or on your private cloud. The central server can be delivered as a virtual appliance or AWS Amazon instance (AMI).

Which agents does each plan support?

The Cloud plans only support the FastE, WiFi, Virtual, or Software agents. The Enterprise plan supports all the agents: FastE, GigE, WiFi, Virtual, External, and Software. For more information on the agent types, please refer to the product sheet.

What is the one-time activation fee?

The one-time activation fee includes the cost of the FastE hardware agents and shipping and handling for US customers. International customers will incur an extra fee.
